Stamp to the MAX Blog Hop for April

Happy Spring everyone! Thank you for hopping over to my blog. You may have just come from Stephanie's page. She always has something great to share!

We are featuring birthdays this month on the hop. I know some people tire of birthday cards, but I never do because I always need them! I don't know about you - but since I can make such cute cards, I feel really guilty if I have to buy one. I hope you like what I have to share today.

This card is cased from Penny Thomas. I made some very minor changes but I love it! I loved this Aviary set from the start and I think I have only used it once. Criminal I tell you!

Items used are all from Stampin' Up!

The Manly Stamper....Video

Stampin' Up! has taken some heat for their non-tutorial videos lately. While a few leave me puzzled, I like the effort and think some of them are hilarious. For example ...... The Manly Stamper webisode.
They are advertising the 'Dude, You're Welcome!' kit, item code 132807, which is geared toward men. I think it's a cute set - and I like it even more now that I saw this video.

I guess this is a spoof off the Jimmy Fallon late night show - which I have never watched.  Even so, I thought it was super funny. What do you think?

I can see clearly now .....

Introducing .... Photopolymer stamps from Stampin' Up! Woot ! Woot !

Stampin' Up! has long had the stance that truly clear stamps were no good. And when I say no good, I should really say not the best for detailed images and longevity. However ... times are changing and while we still love our wood-mount and clear-mount red rubber stamps, we thought about trying these. Technology has improved and this little set is worth it's mettle. With 57 images at less than $14, it's a steal...

The item code is 132956 and is only $13.95

The Fine Print
  • Photopolymer stamps will be offered on a trial basis. Based on popularity, we hope to release more photopolymer stamp sets over the coming months. At this time we don't plan on offering a line of photopolymer sets as expansive as our wood-mount and clear-mount lines.
  • Available on all order types beginning March 1, 2013.
  • Not available in wood-mount or clear-mount.
  • All photopolymer will be packaged in cello bag w/insert, but don't forget you can store them in our clear cases.
Check out these cute samples from the Stampin' Up! blog ...

A cute pair.... of 3 x 3's!

Last weekend we were invited to a housewarming party. One of my husband's co-workers and his family moved to a new home. I was sick so I was not up to going. However I wanted to send a little gift. I included a candle from Anthropologie ( a wonderful scent called Volcano) and some cute 3 x3 cards. I gave 3 of each design with envelopes. Their last name obviously starts with E!

Get ready to see, touch, buy--and take home!--select new products (and some retiring products); plus, you'll snag lots of free stuff! Woot, Woot!   DATE: Saturday, April 20

COST: $75.00 USD
REGISTRATION: Thursday, March 7, 6:00 PM (MT)

Please keep in mind that you may not post images or videos in any public forum (e.g. blogs and personal websites) of anything you might see at the Salt Lake City regional event until these products are released to the public. Additionally, demonstrators may not share news regarding anything they have learned at the event through e-mail, text messaging, or personal conversations. In other words, everything you see and hear at this event is temporarily top secret!

We look forward to sharing this awesome event with you in just a few weeks! Registration will close as soon as capacity is reached so don't delay--sign up today!
